The Palo Santo (Ipomoea arborescens), or Morning Glory, is a deciduous tree with a silvery smooth bark. When this tree drops its large leaves, white flowers bloom in abundance. Birds flock to this tree, as do deer who like to eat the flowers once they’ve fallen to the ground.
